Notes on Clinical Trials, Chemo tips and more
“I feel like I’ve been given a second chance at life” – Andrew C, a friend that passed from pancreatic cancer in 2025
“It’s what you do next that counts” – Blue Bloods tv show
I remember getting hit with a metaphoric train when I got my diagnosis. I literally stood there while the doctor kept talking and I didn’t really hear nor understand everything he was saying.
In some ways, you and I do have a second chance at life: to live a little bit better, as we define what that “better” means, and to chart our lives in that direction, and to be the most diligent and compassionate to others and ourselves in that process
I’ll share with some things that have helped me along the way (in no particular order)
- Doctors Visits
- Support systems
- Treatment and care notes
- Clinical trials
