Today I had my “Day 8 (after chemo)” meeting with my oncologist to review my reaction to chemo. His assessment is that it went well.
I had limited side effects to Cycle 1 chemo.
Initial numbers on cancer markers (it’s still a bit early) are moving in the right direction. Even before I began chemo, I teared up a little bit when I saw the results.
This is still tough.
I never realized how much all the little supportive things people do really help when you’re in need.
I had a great meeting with Bobby & his wife before they leave for Texas in hopes of qualifying for a clinical trial.
I don’t know how people do this without faith.
