Hi everyone,
Just wanted to share a quick update so you can continue to lift up Peter in your prayers for these upcoming physician meetings about possible clinical trials & next steps of treatment:
- Wednesday, April 24: City of Hope, Duarte
- Thursday, May 2: Oncologist, Orange County
Please pray that God will direct Peter’s path to additional opportunities soon that he will be eligible for, to provide Peter with effective treatment options.
We are thankful for how well Peter responded to chemo while also being able to manage the side effects through 12 cycles, and that he has maintained his appetite and usual sense of humor through it all. We continue to trust in God’s provision for additional treatment that will help him further. Thank you again for being a part of the wonderful community who is supporting Peter with your prayers and words of encouragement.
Additional note: On April 13th, Peter attended a Pancreatic Cancer Research Symposium which was very informative and allowed him to network & connect 1-on-1 with several long-term pancreatic cancer survivors. Peter will share more in a future post. Group photo shown above.
